Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or project management.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as R, Python, SAS, or SPSS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in the life sciences industry.
• Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members on Analytics projects to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions to clients.
• Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to analyze complex datasets and identify key insights.
• Collaborate with consultants and clients to identify business needs and develop customized solutions.
• Understand our client’s business needs and manage the process of developing analysis methodology.
• This individual will also be responsible to educate other team members on methodology.
• Coordinate and oversee project-based activities for Associates on an as needed basis.
• Participate in recruiting efforts, together with providing training and mentoring support to additional and/or more junior staff.
• Create and manage client proposals and presentations.
