About The Position

LIDD is seeking a Senior Consultant – Business Analytics to join our team and support clients in using data to drive better business decisions and performance outcomes. This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and a client-facing consulting mindset. You will work directly with client stakeholders to translate business questions into analytics solutions, deliver actionable insights, and support performance management initiatives across finance, operations, and strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
• 4–7 years of experience in business analytics, management consulting, or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools
• Solid understanding of KPIs, performance management, and data modelling concepts
• Experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple data sources
• Strong business acumen and structured thinking
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment preferred
• Exposure to financial and operational analytics is preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders on business analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Gather, structure, and translate business requirements into analytics use cases and solution designs
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to define KPIs, metrics, and performance objectives
• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards for executive, finance, and operational audiences
• Build and maintain optimized data models and complex DAX measures, including time intelligence
• Apply BI governance and best practices related to security, performance, and usability
• Use data to measure efficiency, effectiveness, and value realization
• Support end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements from discovery through implementation
• Collaborate with data engineering, technology, and functional consulting teams
• Contribute to project planning, workstream coordination, and client communications
• Coach and mentor junior consultants
