About The Position

The part-time Senior Consultant - Data & Analytics at Miles Enterprise Solutions will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making processes. This position involves leveraging advanced analytics and data insights to support business strategies and enhance operational efficiency. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading data-driven projects and delivering actionable insights.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability in data analysis.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and learn new technologies as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• Previous consulting experience in a client-facing role is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies is a plus.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience supporting marketing, communications, engagement, or operational performance initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data analytics solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Utilize data mining and statistical techniques to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in analytics methodologies and best practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
• Ensure data integrity and security in all analytics processes and solutions.
• Work closely with IT teams to integrate analytics solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
