About The Position

Zocks is seeking a Senior Consultant, Practice Management for our Practice Management offering. In this role, you will - Partner with home office leadership at large independent broker-dealers and RIAs. - Execute on strategic goals that align to corporate initiatives including the creation of firm-wide programs and best practice content collaboration - Assist in defining overall practice management and levels of engagement

Requirements

  • 3+ Years Experience within an RIA or Broker-Dealer environment, with a proven track record of managing complex advisory workflows and the end-to-end client lifecycle. Candidates should demonstrate a deep familiarity with the implementation of scalable client processes and advisory-focused practice models.
  • Program Management: Proven ability to build adoption programs and iterate on existing engagements. You have experience launching initiatives that impact high volume audiences.
  • Consultative Approach: You are comfortable leading discovery workshops with stakeholders. You can diagnose operational inefficiencies (workflow, tech stack, staffing) and collaborate on a scalable solution.
  • Strategic Storytelling: You can take complex data or technical concepts and craft a narrative to take action; summarize at the leadership level while also having the ability to communicate & work ‘more in the weeds’ as needed
  • Enterprise Fluency: Familiarity with the complex compliance, security, and integration requirements of large financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Home Office Partnership: Serve as the practice management consultant to align Zocks with their firm-level initiatives (e.g., organic growth, retention, etc).
  • Success Roadmapping: Design multi-phase rollout strategies for large firms, identifying which advisor segments to target first and defining what "success" looks like at the organizational level.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the home office to our Product team, identifying additional critical enterprise features.
  • "One-to-Many" Enablement: Collaborate with the home office on designing scalable programs for their users including best practice content and webinars.
  • Content Architecture: Own the creation of high-level thought leadership and practice management assets. This includes "Best Practice" playbooks.
  • Curriculum Development: Define the learning paths & maturity models for different user personas.
