About The Position

We are seeking experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Auditors to conduct GxP audits of vendors, suppliers, service providers, laboratories, distribution partners, and other regulated third parties. The ideal candidate has a strong background in GxP quality systems, vendor qualification, compliance auditing, and risk-based oversight. Experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) audits is a plus. This role provides the opportunity to support clients across the life sciences sector—pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and related regulated industries—ensuring that external partners meet quality and regulatory expectations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Quality Assurance or GxP auditing experience in a regulated life sciences environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of GxP regulations (cGMP, GLP, GCP and GCLP) and applicable global requirements (FDA, EMA, ICH).
  • Experience conducting vendor, supplier, or service provider audits (remote and on-site).
  • Solid understanding of quality systems, documentation practices, data integrity, and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits simultaneously.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 100% (domestic U.S., international).
  • Excellent communication skills and strong client-facing presence.

Nice To Haves

  • GCP auditing experience is a plus, including clinical sites, CROs, and clinical laboratories.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct GxP audits of vendors, suppliers, contract manufacturers, laboratories, distribution centers, and service providers.
  • Evaluate third-party quality systems, compliance posture, data integrity controls, and operational practices.
  • Prepare detailed audit plans, conduct interviews, review documentation, and assess facility operations.
  • Identify nonconformances, risks, and opportunities for improvement; develop clear, actionable audit reports.
  • Review CAPAs and corrective action responses for adequacy and effectiveness.
  • Support vendor qualification and ongoing supplier monitoring programs.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global GxP regulations and audit best practices.
