Acadia is looking for a Senior Content Creator to join our award-winning agency, and we want you to help us create campaigns that break through the noise. WHO YOU ARE You are a creative force, fluent in the language of social media storytelling. You move seamlessly from big-picture ideation to hands-on execution, crafting everything from viral-style Reels to sharp, engaging copy. You aren’t just a creator; you are a future leader, eager to mentor junior talent and confidently present creative concepts to clients. You thrive on feedback, are driven by results, and have a keen eye for the trends that will give our clients a competitive edge. WHAT YOU’LL DO Conceptualize & Create: Translate overarching brand strategies into powerful, monthly content concepts for your clients. You will own the creative process from briefing to content execution. Hands-On Content Development: Personally design and produce a high volume of social-first content, including but not limited to, editing engaging TikToks/Reels, designing compelling graphics in Canva, and writing sharp, platform-native copy. Client Leadership: Act as the primary creative point of contact for your clients. You will build strong relationships, present monthly content calendars, and expertly incorporate feedback. Mentor & Delegate: Guide and mentor junior content creators, sharing your skills and helping to elevate the entire team. You'll skillfully delegate specialized tasks (like animation or studio shoots) to our wider creative teams by writing clear and effective internal briefs. Strategy & Innovation: Partner with account and strategy teams to deepen our content approach. You’ll stay on the pulse of new platforms, AI tools, and cultural trends, bringing fresh ideas to the team and ensuring our work is always innovating. Drive for Results: Keep a close eye on content performance, using data and insights to optimize your creative approach and contribute to client growth, retention, and the creation of award-winning case studies.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of content creation experience, preferably with a background in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Mastery of short-form video, with advanced skills in CapCut (or similar mobile editing apps) and a portfolio of iPhone-first TikToks/Reels that demonstrate your creativity.
  • Strong design sensibility with proficiency in Canva.
  • Exceptional social copywriting skills, with a knack for writing social-forward hooks and captions that stop the scroll.
  • Proven experience in leading client communication and presenting creative work with confidence and clarity.
  • A passion for mentorship and a genuine interest in helping others grow their skills.
  • A deep curiosity for AI and an excitement to explore how new tools can enhance creative ideation and execution.
  • Willingness to travel. While our ideal candidate is in Atlanta for our hybrid role and studio access, we are open to exceptional remote candidates within the U.S. willing to travel for key meetings and shoots (approximately 1-2 times per month).
