About the position

We are looking for a strategic Senior Content Marketing Manager to drive case study efforts and partner content. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling customer stories and supporting major partner efforts that align with monday.com's top priorities. Reporting to the SLG Content Team Lead, you'll collaborate closely with teams across customer advocacy, all partner-facing teams, consulting, regional marketing, video, and design to execute high-impact content initiatives. This is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a strategy for customer and partner content in the U.S., aligning with key teams and company priorities
  • Own the end-to-end production of case studies, including conducting interviews, writing compelling narratives, and overseeing project management for filmed stories
  • Collaborate directly with customers to craft keynote presentations for regional events, annual conferences, and internal kickoffs
  • Collaborate with all partner-facing teams to support strategic partners in their content strategy, including events and GTM campaigns
  • Regularly present updates, insights, and success stories to internal teams

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in content marketing, storytelling, or customer-facing roles
  • Adept at interviewing, with a talent for asking questions that reveal meaningful responses
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and impactful content
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline content creation and enhance efficiency
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of pivoting strategies when needed
  • Executive presence and confidence in presenting key findings to large teams
  • Ability to travel at times for case study interviews and customer events in the U.S
