About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Contracts Procurement Agent (Level 5) to join our BCA Supply Chain Contracts & Sourcing Secondary Structures North America in Everett, Washington. The selected individual will provide contracting knowledge including, but not limited to, negotiating and driving all aspects of Contracts & Sourcing in support of BCA programs. Primary duties include handling internal and external relationships with suppliers and internal partners, negotiating cost, terms & conditions, and adherence to affordability and financial goals and objectives. The individual will also maintain supplier contracts and statements of work within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures. Some travel may be required for this position (Approximately 10% domestic and/or international travel may be required). This position is expected to be 100% onsite in Everett.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
10+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
10+ years of experience in a role that required strong written and oral communication skills
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed

10+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans

Responsibilities

Mentors and serves as subject matter expert for the Primary Structures team on proforma, standard policies and procedures, contracting, and negotiation strategies
Collaborates and consults directly with executive leadership on management of supply base, negotiation strategies, and contract activities
Advises leadership based on supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
Drives negotiation teams on pricing and contract terms and conditions
Develops, integrates and performs negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements
Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions
Subject Matter Expert on relationship management and contracting strategy
Drives coordination with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues
Drives supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities
Drives supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies
Owns complex procurement strategies
