About The Position

As a Senior Manager Controllership here at Honeywell, you will hold a critical leadership position within our finance team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and lead the controllership function for a specific country or region. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting policies and regulations, and driving the financial close processes at the country level. You will report directly to our Sr. Director Finance and you’ll work out of our Arvada, Colorado or approved Honeywell hub location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the organization, providing valuable recommendations and guidance to senior management for strategic decision-making. Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting or controllership roles.
Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and regulations.
Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting or controllership roles.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
