About The Position

As a Senior Copywriter at Colle McVoy, your role is all about delivering brand-building, big ideas and crafting copy to meet a wide variety of client needs – you’ll be writing everything from foundational brand elements like guidelines and brand books to retail experience copy to TV spots to social posts and everything else in between. This Sr. CW position will be a perfect fit for a well-rounded copywriter with a strong command of language and syntax that is looking to diversify their portfolio. Most of your time will be spent concepting and bringing your ideas to life with an art director and/or designer. With ideas in hand, you’ll also then be responsible for going on production to deliver TV/video, digital and social content, out of home, experiential and more, which means you’ll get to travel and eat nice meals. Requirements

  • A self-starter who needs little direction to tackle assignments
  • Stellar ability to distill brand and project strategies into simple, compelling ideas
  • Adept at various forms of writing (TV scripts, taglines, headlines, social concepts, brand guidelines, etc.)
  • Can articulate the thinking behind their ideas in a clear, concise and convincing manner
  • Can present work in a way that inspires confidence with clients
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively in an environment that values innovation, flexibility, and creativity
  • Ability to concept and produce social assets with minimal oversight
  • Integrate emerging AI technologies into daily workflows to support innovation, automation, and operational excellence
  • Experience with social first campaigns
  • Three or more years of agency or relevant experience in creative advertising writing
  • Proven B2B copywriting experience
  • Experience writing within medical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries
  • Online portfolio of award-winning work that demonstrates a range of ideas from social to print, broadcast and beyond
  • Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and copy for a wide range of initiatives
  • Work with team members specializing in design/art direction to ensure copy and visuals work together
  • Establish tone and copy style to appropriately reflect brand positioning
  • Present ideas and work effectively to internal teams and clients
  • Cross-functional thinker (social, advertising, experiential, PR/earned media)
  • Remain current on industry trends and technology
  • Attend and contribute to pre- and post-productions, as necessary
