This role is essential in supporting our General and Administrative functions by delivering high-impact analyses and actionable insights to senior leadership. You will manage the complexities of financial planning, monitoring cloud and software expenses against budgets, and ensuring data accuracy through collaboration with cross-functional teams. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and embodies a proactive approach, preparing to influence key financial strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in providing financial insights to senior leadership.
• Expert financial modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel/GSheets.
• Proven ability to streamline financial processes with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Strong collaboration and business partnering skills; experience with G&A functions is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience directly reporting to or collaborating with a CFO or Head of FP&A.
• Must possess a proactive and ownership mentality, with a strong drive for action.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of budgets and forecasts, including headcount, compensation, and vendor spend.
• Serve as a financial partner across teams, providing guidance on financial decisions and performance improvements.
• Track and analyze expenses, ensuring they align with approved budgets and identifying areas for cost efficiency.
• Conduct detailed variance analyses and communicate insights to enhance financial performance.
• Deliver financial reports to senior leadership with insightful commentary on trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure financial data integrity and compliance.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
