About The Position

Our Fortune 100 financial services client is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to support high-impact marketing initiatives for a major U.S.-based travel and hospitality brand. This role will deliver digital-first creative solutions across multiple channels, ensuring all assets align with brand standards and creative vision. The Senior Creative Designer will partner closely with copywriters, designers, project managers, and business stakeholders to produce compelling creative across web, email, social, digital media, and experiential channels. This role offers the unique opportunity to work on a highly visible, consumer-facing brand. The Details: Location: Onsite in Dallas, TX (DAL area). 3-4 days per week onsite required. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Advanced-level experience in visual/graphic design, advertising, and producing integrated campaigns.
  • Proven experience delivering creative material across digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of industry design trends, digital best practices, and content visualization techniques.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate business needs into compelling visual design.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly.
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional creative teams.
  • Able to manage a high volume of work while prioritizing effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive, innovative thinker with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver creative assets across multiple channels, including web (mobile and desktop), email, digital display, social, video, print, out-of-home, in-airport signage, sponsorship creative, and experiential marketing materials.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand style guidelines, brand voice, and overall creative vision.
  • Collaborate with internal copywriters and designers to develop integrated creative campaigns.
  • Participate in creative huddles and brainstorming sessions, present concepts, and provide feedback to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Review strategy and creative briefs to understand business objectives and translate them into strong visual solutions.
  • Apply a digital-first mindset, leveraging best practices in UX, content visualization, and modern design trends.
  • Work closely with business owners and project managers to coordinate deliverables, manage timelines, and balance workload.
  • Maintain high quality standards while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
