About The Position

The Senior Creative Designer plays a key role in shaping big ideas into compelling visual experiences. In this role, you’ll drive concept development for marketing initiatives across multiple brands and audiences, transforming strategic direction into innovative creative solutions. Collaborating closely with cross functional marketing partners, you’ll explore and refine concepts that bring campaigns to life across print, digital, and emerging media. This position is ideal for a designer who thrives on ideation, enjoys leading direction for large initiatives, and is committed to delivering cohesive, on-brand creative solutions. You’ll balance high level creative thinking with hands-on design execution while staying current with industry trends and best practices. This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Design, Communication, or other related degree
  • Five (5+) years or more of demonstrated design experience
  • Experience in Mac OSX, Adobe InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
  • A portfolio of compelling design work
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative design for a variety of marketing materials applying knowledge of company products and marketing objectives, including both print and digital assets
  • Work cross functionally with multiple internal marketing teams to collaborate and lead large creative projects and initiatives across the department and deliver on-brand content per brand/line of business
  • Develop and adhere to internal processes and timelines for each project
  • Research projects and collect necessary materials or information to complete them
  • Proof work to ensure quality, accuracy and alignment with brand standards
  • Manage multiple deadlines and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide easy access to all art, photos, and graphics by maintaining a consistent, logical, and organized filing system on artwork server
  • Maintain accurate records, adhere to deadlines and track projects by following procedures for assignment of job numbers and schedules and reporting on status of assigned projects
  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with key internal clients
  • Stay on top of industry best practices/new mediums of design and apply them to projects managed by the team
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
