We’re looking for a senior leader to own and grow our creator partnerships and content efforts. This person will manage the strategy, the budget, the team, and the results. This role requires someone who truly understands content- not from a marketing deck, but from actually making it or being deeply involved in how it gets made. You’ve either created content yourself, or you’ve spent years working directly with creators and overseeing production. You have a sharp eye for what performs, you know how to brief creators effectively, and you understand what separates good content from great content. You’ve also managed real budgets. You know how to allocate spend across creators and campaigns, track ROI, and make smart decisions about where to invest and where to cut. This is a leadership role with real ownership. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the division, hire your team, and grow the business- with direct support from the CEO and founding team.

Requirements

  • Hands-on creator or content production experience- you’ve either been a content creator yourself or have worked directly with creators managing UGC and content production (this is non-negotiable)
  • Proven experience managing budgets- you’ve allocated spend across creators or campaigns, tracked performance against cost, and made data-informed investment decisions
  • A strong eye for content- you can tell the difference between content that converts and content that doesn’t, and you know how to coach creators to get there
  • 3+ years in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or content operations- agency experience is a strong plus
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok- you understand what makes content perform on the platform
  • Experience building and leading teams- you’ve hired, trained, and held people accountable
  • Entrepreneurial mindset- you think like a business owner, not just a manager
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with TikTok Shop and its creator/affiliate ecosystem
  • An existing network of creators in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle
  • Background in social commerce or e-commerce
  • Familiarity with spark ads, content licensing, and creator compensation models

Responsibilities

  • Manage 6-figure partnership budget
  • Lead and grow a creator content division, including hiring and managing your own team
  • Build and maintain a roster of high-performing creators across beauty, wellness, and lifestyle
  • Oversee content production end-to-end: sourcing, briefing, quality control, and delivery
  • Negotiate creator partnerships and manage relationships at scale
  • Track performance and continuously improve content quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with account management and sales to align content efforts with client goals
  • Own the division’s budget and be accountable for its growth and profitability
