Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Credit Product Sales Specialist within the Commercial Banking Group. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the top commercial banking lenders in the U.S. In this role, you will lead or participate in sourcing new clients or growing existing dealer relationships in a given product or specialty. You will understand clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions within the context of individual deals and client relationships. You will lead moderately complex transactions in partnership with coverage teams for specialty products, including by analyzing potential opportunities, structuring, proposing, and selling tailored financial solutions to clients; lead internal coordination and submit transactions to management or independent risk for approval. You will collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve client issues and achieve business objectives. Additionally, you will independently resolve moderately complex issues while leveraging a solid understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. You will partner with product management functional partners to provide feedback on evolving market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectively. You will also contribute to large-scale planning related to a given product or specialty’s business objectives and serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals.
