We are building a new, centralized Product Marketing function, and this is the role that brings the voice of the customer program to life. As Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you will own the full customer advocacy and voice-of-customer program across our global enterprise base, spanning EHS, Product, Chemical, and Corporate Sustainability. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for a strategic builder. Regulatory compliance buyers rely heavily on peer validation before shortlisting vendors. Without visible customer proof and structured engagement, revenue is left on the table on both sides: new logo acquisition and existing account retention and expansion. You will change that. You will report to the Product Marketing Director, sit on the Voice of the Customer Committee, and partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to close the loop between what customers say and what the business does.
