About The Position

The Sr. CSR's key role is to support team leaders to facilitate the successful completion of the organization’s targets and performance goals. This role will provide front-line support to customers and provide feedback to management regarding their satisfaction and needs. This role will also use tracking trends and discrepancies with efficiency in collaboration with the team lead to produce desired results. Lastly, this position will assist in training and supporting customer service representatives in the execution of assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer service leadership role within a consumer-packaged goods company is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of EDI Processes (mandatory)
  • ERP System Experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAGE 100 & Mapadoc a plus
