Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years in Healthcare Data Analytics with a heavy focus on the "back-end" of the revenue cycle.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel, Power Pivot

Nice To Haves

• Mid-level SQL skills (CTE’s, Window Functions, Stored Procedures, and Query Optimization).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Modeling: Build and manage complex financial models to evaluate the impact of new payer contracts, fee schedule changes, and payer denials
• Advanced Root-Cause Analysis: Lead deep-dive investigations into systemic revenue leakage. You will be responsible for identifying multi-variable trends that cause underpayments or recurring denials.
• Executive Storytelling: Translate granular data into high-level strategic insights for the Executive Leadership Team (CFO, COO, VP of Revenue Cycle).
• Analytics Standardization and Insights: help develop and deliver reimagined RCM dashboards and using predictive analytics to solve business problems.
