About The Position

Develop and maintain robust data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators related to medication distribution, patient demographics, and health outcomes. Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights into the impact of Dispensary of Hope's programs. Evaluate the effectiveness of current medication access points and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Support strategic planning for national expansion by providing data-driven recommendations on potential new partnerships, geographic areas of need, and patient populations. Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including leadership, staff, and external stakeholders. Identify and implement best practices for data collection, storage, and analysis to ensure data integrity and reliability.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3 years of experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
