About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Report Developer with strong expertise in Snowflake, SQL, Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain advanced, high-performance Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 and Unifier is highly desirable. This role requires a deep understanding of DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization in Power BI, along with strong collaboration skills to work across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights
Utilize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for complex calculations, measures, and performance tuning
Extract, transform, and load data from Snowflake, SQL databases, Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint into Power BI
Optimize report and dashboard performance through efficient data modeling and query optimization
Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Support integration and reporting needs involving Oracle Primavera P6 and Unifier systems, where applicable
Document report specifications, data models, and development processes to support maintainability and knowledge sharing
Develop and maintain automated reporting workflows using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing reports
Leverage scripting skills in Python or R to enhance data processing, analytics, and visualization when needed
