About the position

To support its growth, Sia Partners is recruiting a Data Scientist Consultant with strong expertise in Marketing, Client, and Product challenges. Attached to the Data Science BU of Sia Partners, you will support the operational teams and marketing departments of our clients in defining their data needs and analyzing their data using data science techniques. This support takes various forms: Data Analysis, Strategic Support, Machine Learning & Statistics, Data Engineering & DevOps, Data Visualization, Data Transformation & Acculturation. The use cases can thus be varied: Customer Loyalty, Predictive Marketing, Enhanced Customer Experience, Pricing & Product, Geomarketing & Open Data, Supply Chain & Operations. As part of the firm's internal activities, you will also be involved in developing or enhancing our offerings through training, working groups, internal and external communications, and R&D work. Enhancing the firm's visibility by contributing to the publication plan and supporting business development by helping to define needs and participating in commercial activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support operational teams and marketing departments in defining data needs and analyzing data using data science techniques.
  • Conduct customer segmentation to deepen understanding of customers and enable optimal personalization of marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement predictive models to anticipate customer behaviors and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze customer feedback using NLP models to identify causes of dissatisfaction.
  • Contribute to pricing strategy, product development, and assortment optimization.
  • Integrate open data and geomarketing data into analyses to optimize targeting and campaign impacts.
  • Predict sales to adjust production and inventory.
  • Model the optimization of the entire distribution chain.
  • Develop or enhance offerings through training and R&D work.
  • Contribute to the publication plan and marketing events.
  • Support business development by defining needs and participating in commercial activities.

Requirements

  • Graduated with a master's degree in engineering or business school with a specialization in data analysis, statistics, and marketing.
  • Initial experience in data analysis in a marketing context.
  • Excellent programming skills in Python, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Good knowledge and mastery of Data Science and Machine Learning algorithms.
  • Strong interest in marketing challenges and understanding of luxury, FMCG, energy, banking, and insurance sectors.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and Python visualization tools (dash, plotly).
  • Knowledge of a Cloud environment (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
  • Professional proficiency in English.
