Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Extensive experience in product analytics or a similar data-driven role, with demonstrated impact on product strategy and decision-making.
  • Expertise in SQL, A/B testing, machine learning, statistical analysis, and programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with SaaS or Product-Led Growth environments, including familiarity with product activation and engagement metrics.
  • Proficiency with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Heap, Mixpanel) and tracking end-to-end user journeys.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to convey technical insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Translate product and business questions into actionable data analyses and insights that optimize performance and user experience.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to identify critical metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop, maintain, and scale analytics infrastructure to ensure reliable, accurate, and timely insights.
  • Conduct cohort, funnel, and time-series analyses to monitor product health and user behavior.
  • Design and evaluate experiments (A/B testing, causal inference) to assess feature impact and product initiatives.
  • Support early-stage product development by identifying key performance indicators and analyzing initial adoption data.
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence product decisions and strategy.
  • Establish best practices for data collection, analysis, and reporting to promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.
