Requirements

• Completed degree in a STEM field or a comparable area.
• Ideally, some experience in research and/or application of Data Science/AI from requirement gathering to operationalization.
• Very good knowledge in statistics, machine learning, and mathematical optimization.
• Ideally, good knowledge in generative AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
• Experience in deploying and supporting AI solutions is an advantage.
• Self-directed, solution-oriented work approach, with strong teamwork skills and high motivation and engagement.
• Fluent in both German and English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in deploying and supporting AI solutions is an advantage.
• Ideally, good knowledge in generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Creative approach to developing new AI solutions within a team of experienced Data Scientists and software developers.
• Implementation of AI solutions at client sites.
• Expert communication with clients regarding project requirements and progress.
• Taking on technical responsibility in the field of AI/Data Science, from data preparation and analysis to feature extraction, modeling, evaluation, and optimization.
• Software development to implement AI solutions and integrate them into IT processes for clients.
