All underpinned by technology created with purpose.Your Role Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML and NLP solutions, from problem definition and data exploration to model development, validation, and production deployment. Design and optimize predictive, deep learning, and generative AI models (including LLM and RAG-based solutions) aligned to business and industry requirements. Build scalable ML pipelines with MLOps best practices, enabling CI/CD, model monitoring, and deployment on cloud or on-prem environments. Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions and reusable AI assets. Your Profile 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Data Science with strong expertise in Python, SQL, and ML/DL frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. Solid foundation in predictive modeling, NLP (sentiment analysis, text classification), deep learning architectures, and exposure to Generative AI/LLMs and RAG pipelines. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), MLOps concepts, model deployment strategies, and data visualization tools. Requirements
