About The Position

The Senior Data Systems Analyst is a key technical leader responsible for devising, implementing, and optimizing data systems and analytical solutions that support mission-critical activities. This role serves as a bridge between business objectives and technology infrastructure, ensuring the effective integration, management, analysis, and security of organizational data assets in accordance with client guidelines and contractual requirements. Requirements

8 years of experience with creating dashboards or reports using Tableau / PowerBI or similar tools.
8 years of experience with Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) and data management experience using Informatica.
Must be able to pass a background check.
May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner.
Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

4 years of working with very large-scale data sets in Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, , or similar.
Snowflake experience is strongly preferred.
4 years of experience with data analysis.
2 years of experience working with Informatica ETL tools strongly preferred.
2 years of experience working with Tableau creating dashboards and reports.
2 years of experience working with PowerBI creating dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives.
Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system.
Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures.
Identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be; summarized, and formats for reports.
Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system
