Work Location: Texas Health Harris Southwest; 6100 Harris Parkway Fort Worth, TX 76132
Work Hours: Full Time Day Shift (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, or other business related is required
• 3 Years Finance healthcare experience is required
• Strong PC literacy with full suite of Microsoft Office applications, including Access. Prefer experience with relational database technology.

Nice To Haves

• 1 Year Decision support experience is preferred
• CPA - Certified Public Accountant Upon Hire is preferred
• Other Clinical Certification Upon Hire is preferred
• Strong PC literacy with full suite of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Prefer experience with healthcare decision support systems, such as: EPSi, Strata, or Oracle EPBCS.

Responsibilities

• Perform data modeling and data analysis using statistical techniques.
• Analyze variances reported in order to identify the causes and implications of said variances.
• Participate in benchmarking efforts that will be used to measure and set goals for improving performance.
• Establish data accuracy and validity derived from a variety of systems.
• Develop and lead training programs for new and current users of decision support system.
