About The Position

Lyric is hiring a Senior Delivery Lead for Product Training based in Chicago, US. This is not a traditional training role; it’s for someone who believes supply chain is the most compelling applied AI problem in the enterprise.

Algorithmic Intelligence: optimization, simulation, probabilistic forecasting, inventory mathematics, constrained planning
Agentic Intelligence: AI copilots, decision agents, workflow automation, systems that reason and act

Requirements

• You likely have 8+ years of strong experience in demand, supply, inventory, or network planning.
• You build: models, tools, frameworks, systems
• You’re excited about both optimization-based AI and agent-driven AI
• You’re comfortable leading executives and going deep technically
• You balance deep work with a fierce desire to communicate clearly

Nice To Haves

• Experience with optimization or AI-driven planning tools
• Experience training enterprise customers on complex platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead immersive workshops across North America
• Facilitate technical modeling sessions
• Build lightweight starter models that demonstrate real decision impact
• Support onboarding and pre-sales enablement
• Translate Complexity into Clarity
• Help customers understand not just what the system does, but how to think with it.
• Develop repeatable training modules and playbooks
• Build structured product curricula
• Integrate new AI capabilities into enablement
• Continuously refine content based on field feedback

Benefits

• You will also receive equity in Lyric.
• The annual compensation range for this position is $165,000- $185,000 base cash. Base cash will be determined based on years of experience, with an additional 20% variable compensation that is earned based on individual & business performance.
