About The Position

About: Our client is looking for a DevOps Change Lead to support Risk Finance technology as they change their DevOps tooling stack. A successful resource will be able to work in independently to support ERFT teams as they transition to new tooling with implementation support as well as engage in organization wide discussion.

Requirements

6 or more years of Development or DevOps experience
Knowledge of legacy DevOps tooling stack:
XLR
Bit Bucket
Jenkins
Strong Communications skills

Responsibilities

Support Risk Finance Technology’s various teams and stakeholder which support roughly 400 applications in a DevOps tooling transformation.
Understand DevOps and Development principles to be able to engage in discussions around the impact and benefit of the new tooling stack
Participate in horizontal discussions and represent Risk Finance technology in meetings which will cover best practices, LOB specific challenges, opportunities for improvement.
Working independently with various Risk Finance technology stakeholders to assist in the tooling transition.
Some groups may require more hands-on implementation support/configuration while others may require minimal oversight
Most of this work will be done independently or in collaboration with the DevOps Team lead for ERFT
Work in a highly dynamic work environment where daily responsibilities can shift from hands on implementation support to engaging in large technology meetings with leadership.
