About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Commerce Operations Specialist. In this role, you will manage a large portfolio of customer business integrations, ensuring seamless data access for customers and third-party software companies. You will be instrumental in project requirements gathering, coordinating with internal technical teams, and maintaining clear communication among all stakeholders. Your expertise will support ongoing integrations and issue troubleshooting, with a focus on enhancing relationships with key platforms and improving integration processes. This role requires proactive engagement and quick problem-solving to maintain optimal operations across the digital ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 4 years’ experience as an IT Business or Integration Analyst.
  • Expertise in gathering business requirements and translating them into operational needs.
  • Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in eCommerce or electronic integrations, such as EDI or B2B eCommerce.
  • Strong documentation skills for integration procedures and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a large portfolio of customer business integration projects.
  • Attend calls for potential integrations to review requirements and determine project scope.
  • Proactively identify potential gaps and missing requirements for business requests.
  • Coordinate project needs with technical and development teams to ensure timely task completion.
  • Provide ongoing support and regular updates regarding project status and potential roadblocks.
  • Document completed projects and distribute relevant materials to stakeholders.
  • Work with the technical team on support tickets for existing integrations.
  • Serve as an escalation point for issues managed by offshore resources.
  • Collaborate with other teams on critical issues impacting integrations.
  • Conduct routine reviews of high-profile third parties to identify required updates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
