Create and maintain meaningful and relevant experiences across digital properties with a focus on one or more areas including UX design, UX research, UX production, and website management.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, optimization, and performance of digital marketing experiences.
Blend creative design with analytical rigor to ensure every digital touchpoint drives user engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.
Design and optimize user-centered experiences for marketing assets including websites, landing pages, campaign flows, and microsites.
Ensure consistency in visual design and brand standards across digital platforms.
Collaborate with content, development, and channel teams to bring designs to life in various martech platforms.
Lead A/B and multivariate testing strategies for pages and campaigns to improve key performance metrics.
Utilize user behavioral analytics tools to gain insights and guide design decisions.
Identify friction points in user journeys and recommend UX enhancements.
Partner with digital analytics, marketing operations, and performance marketing teams to interpret user data and campaign results.
Translate findings into actionable design updates that enhance usability and increase campaign performance.
Establish UX benchmarks and monitor performance over time to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with marketing, product, and IT teams to ensure digital design supports broader business goals.
Present concepts and test results to stakeholders to influence digital strategy and prioritization.
Work with external agencies and internal creative teams when needed to scale efforts.
Keep up-to-date on digital technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Five years of experience in the digital space.
Proficient knowledge of user-centered design and digital technologies relevant to assigned focus area.
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills to engage and influence partners and stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
