About the position

Create and maintain meaningful and relevant experiences across digital properties with a focus on one or more areas including UX design, UX research, UX production, and website management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, optimization, and performance of digital marketing experiences.
  • Blend creative design with analytical rigor to ensure every digital touchpoint drives user engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.
  • Design and optimize user-centered experiences for marketing assets including websites, landing pages, campaign flows, and microsites.
  • Ensure consistency in visual design and brand standards across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with content, development, and channel teams to bring designs to life in various martech platforms.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing strategies for pages and campaigns to improve key performance metrics.
  • Utilize user behavioral analytics tools to gain insights and guide design decisions.
  • Identify friction points in user journeys and recommend UX enhancements.
  • Partner with digital analytics, marketing operations, and performance marketing teams to interpret user data and campaign results.
  • Translate findings into actionable design updates that enhance usability and increase campaign performance.
  • Establish UX benchmarks and monitor performance over time to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and IT teams to ensure digital design supports broader business goals.
  • Present concepts and test results to stakeholders to influence digital strategy and prioritization.
  • Work with external agencies and internal creative teams when needed to scale efforts.
  • Keep up-to-date on digital technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Five years of experience in the digital space.
  • Proficient knowledge of user-centered design and digital technologies relevant to assigned focus area.
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills to engage and influence partners and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
