About the position

The position involves performing campaign analysis to track KPIs and support company goals. Responsibilities include leading the continued development of marketing channel attribution analysis, running weekly reports using key tools, and creating and maintaining an ROI model by merging data from different sources. The role also requires analyzing campaign performance, providing insights through visualizations for channel managers and stakeholders, and tracking customer journeys on the website using Adobe Analytics. Additionally, the position involves monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to recommend site enhancements and increase the conversion rate on the e-commerce website. The use of analytics tools to analyze customer journeys and feedback is essential, as well as managing and creating data structures from third-party vendors. Telecommuting part-time may be an option.

Responsibilities

  • Perform campaign analysis to track KPIs and support company goals.
  • Lead continued development of marketing channel attribution analysis and run weekly reports using key tools.
  • Create and maintain ROI model by merging data coming in from different sources.
  • Implement and maintain newly developed attribution model acquired.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights by creating visualizations for channel managers and stakeholders.
  • Track customer journey on website using Adobe Analytics.
  • Track and report KPI to support goals and objectives.
  • Monitor website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to recommend site enhancements and help increase the conversion rate on ecommerce website.
  • Use of Analytics tool to analyze customer journey and feedback.
  • Manage and create data structures coming in from 3rd party vendors.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Information Systems, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics or related field.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel for reporting, data manipulation, and analysis.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and Machine learning to combine, extract, and analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Experience working with and analyzing large volumes of data, ensuring integrity is maintained in the transition between raw files and a database.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and IBM.
  • Ability to build, understand, and own attribution models calculating the true ROI of marketing activity across all stages of the customer journey.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP, including creation of EC2, VPC, and S3.
  • Experience taking complex data sets and presenting them effectively to executive leadership.
