The Senior Specialist of Digital Marketing is responsible for coordinating and driving digital marketing initiatives within HCA's Clinical Services Group (CSG). This position will focus on consumer-facing digital platforms including Paid Media Campaigns, Website Content Optimization, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Online Listings Management, Email Marketing and Social Media Strategy. The candidate will be responsible for executing strategies on an enterprise level to support the business goals of each business unit and service line. Digital marketing strategies will also include SMS Marketing, Patient Journey Building, and Advanced Automation Practices. The Senior Specialist of Digital Marketing will have a strong understanding of each marketing channel and provide recommendations on strategy. A successful candidate will be able to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment to ensure projects are completed accurately and within a timely manner. The candidate will help establish best practices across digital marketing platforms for Physician Practices, Urgent Care Clinics, Physician Recruitment, and Graduate Medical Education. The candidate will also work with leadership to identify KPIs that demonstrate the effectiveness of strategies across digital marketing platforms. The Senior Specialist of Digital Marketing will assist in building quarterly reports for multiple business lines. This position requires the candidate to gather insights from competitive analysis, industry trends, market research and internal stakeholders to successfully implement HCA's digital marketing strategies.
