About the position

The Senior Specialist of Digital Marketing is responsible for coordinating and driving digital marketing initiatives within HCA's Clinical Services Group (CSG). This position will focus on consumer-facing digital platforms including Paid Media Campaigns, Website Content Optimization, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Online Listings Management, Email Marketing and Social Media Strategy. The candidate will be responsible for executing strategies on an enterprise level to support the business goals of each business unit and service line. Digital marketing strategies will also include SMS Marketing, Patient Journey Building, and Advanced Automation Practices. The Senior Specialist of Digital Marketing will have a strong understanding of each marketing channel and provide recommendations on strategy. A successful candidate will be able to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment to ensure projects are completed accurately and within a timely manner. The candidate will help establish best practices across digital marketing platforms for Physician Practices, Urgent Care Clinics, Physician Recruitment, and Graduate Medical Education. The candidate will also work with leadership to identify KPIs that demonstrate the effectiveness of strategies across digital marketing platforms. The Senior Specialist of Digital Marketing will assist in building quarterly reports for multiple business lines. This position requires the candidate to gather insights from competitive analysis, industry trends, market research and internal stakeholders to successfully implement HCA's digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the execution of digital marketing strategies for HCA's Clinical Services Group (CSG)
  • Effectively tracking and reporting on the progress of roadmaps, milestones, and project timelines
  • Identifying opportunities to continually evolve digital marketing tactics to drive business goals
  • Overseeing SEO efforts, Digital Content, Listings Management, Paid Media, and Paid Search
  • Managing the execution of website enhancement projects
  • Working to strengthen digital marketing efforts by leveraging analytics and conducting A/B tests
  • Overseeing the management of HCA's consumer-facing digital access points ensuring best practices are followed for all CSG business lines
  • Working across business units including the Web Development and CRM teams to ensure project alignment
  • Collaborating with Division and Corporate teams to develop effective programs that are integrated with current web technologies and digital best practices
  • Identifying KPIs and helping gather analytics in preparation for quarterly reporting
  • Working with internal stakeholders to continuously improve marketing initiatives
  • Coordinating with various digital media vendors on marketing efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical aptitude
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, Email Marketing, Content Development, and Analytics
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple activities and tasks simultaneously
  • Able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong problem-solving experience
  • Passion for digital marketing and healthcare industries
  • Love for learning and staying ahead of trends in digital marketing
  • Comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations

  • Ability to design and develop solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements
