Essential Job Function: The Senior Digital Product Coordinator plays a key role in the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital campaigns across email, SMS, app, web, YouTube, performance marketing, and CRM channels. This role focuses heavily on building, launching, and maintaining campaigns our email automation software, IDing, building, and refining segments, and monitoring/delivering insights to improve performance. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and obsessed with understanding how to turn experiments and data into measurable improvements in KPIs. This role will be key in determining how resources are allocated across our digital ecosystem to drive ticket sales, lead gen, and digital content value for fans. It will work closely with the business insights, social media, and digital content teams to grow the value of current assets and identify the most effective ways to build new assets and digital properties. Senior Digital Product Coordinator is expected to be a good teammate and proactively contribute to both major inter-departmental projects and quick-turn digital-driven initiatives. They must be able to understand and communicate the insights gleaned from data and help translate those insights into messaging that can help the rest of the digital team continually evolve and improve their platforms. We are looking for someone who is unafraid to fail day-to-day but remains undaunted and comes in each day expecting to win.
