Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Products, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and a customer first mindset. Translate complex business problems into clear, outcome driven product strategies with measurable success metrics. Develop and maintain a 6–12-month roadmap for customer data and clickstream capabilities, aligned to organizational goals for data maturity, personalization, and customer journey analytics. Own data collection standards, including tagging strategies and data layer requirements across web and mobile properties. Define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to enable high-quality, iterative delivery. Act as the primary escalation point to unblock issues, resolve delivery challenges, and maintain execution momentum.
