This role offers the chance to focus deeply on user experience strategy, supporting organizations as they develop intuitive, personalized, and human-centered digital experiences. As a Senior Digital Strategist, you will help build and elevate client and audience experiences across multiple channels and platforms. You’ll work closely with designers, product leaders, and technology teams to compose clear UX strategies rooted in customer needs, behavioral insights, and business goals. Rather than leading enterprise-wide transformation, you will contribute to turning strategy into tangible experience outcomes, from journey development to UX principles and experience frameworks. This hands-on role requires leading user research, evaluating current customer journeys, and helping build the future-state experience and visual direction as part of your customer’s Adobe-powered digital transformation. What you'll Do Partner with clients to understand, build, and improve end-to-end customer and user journeys, with a focus on usability, clarity, and overall experience quality. Contribute experience perspectives and UX recommendations to CX and digital transformation initiatives, supporting broader programs Apply AI thoughtfully within experience development, including personalization, conversational interfaces, and journey optimization, with a strong focus on user needs and outcomes. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the UX strategy aligns with platform capabilities, including Adobe Experience Cloud.
