About the team The Procurement team within Roku’s Operations organization is responsible for sourcing the components, manufacturing services, and operational partners that enable Roku’s hardware products, including streaming players, TVs, and accessories. The team works across the full product lifecycle—from early development and NPI through ramp and sustained production—ensuring competitive cost, reliable supply, and strong supplier performance. Procurement partners closely with Hardware Engineering, Product, Supply Chain Operations, Quality, and Finance to align sourcing decisions with product requirements, launch timelines, and business objectives. The team balances cost, quality, scalability, and risk in a fast-moving, consumer-focused environment. About the role We are seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement – Hardware, to lead an end-to-end sourcing strategy for Roku hardware products and manufacturing partners. This role owns commercial strategy, supplier performance, and cost structure across the product lifecycle, while influencing hardware architecture and manufacturing decisions early in development. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in the hardware supply chain with strong business judgment, operational excellence, and the ability to lead in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. For California Only - The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $280,000 - $300,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, skill set, certifications, and specific geographic location.
