The Job: As a Senior Director Commodities - Global, you’ll be part of our Global Supply Chain team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to: leads the global strategy, execution, and management of commodity sourcing for SBD. Drives cost optimization, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and sustainability initiatives across key commodity categories. Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business objectives and delivers value through innovative sourcing solutions. Develop and implement global commodity sourcing strategies to achieve cost, quality, and risk management objectives. Drive Commodity Excellence strategies, through bespoke material contracts, derivatives, price locks & directed buy. ( Direct Materials & FX) Lead supplier negotiations and relationship management for critical commodities. Analyze market trends, supply risks, and emerging technologies to inform sourcing decisions. Partner with product development, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure sourcing strategies align with business needs. Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes, including digitalization and sustainability initiatives. Establish and monitor KPIs for supplier performance, cost savings, and risk mitigation. Ensure compliance with SBD and regulatory standards in sourcing activities. Mentor and develop a high-performing sourcing team. Manage annual budgets and deliver on cost reduction targets.
