About The Position

Bloom Ads is growing, and we’re looking for a strategic and executive-facing Senior Director, Data & Analytics to join our team. This role is responsible for leading enterprise-level measurement strategy, translating complex performance data into business-driving insights, and elevating how Bloom defines, communicates, and defends media ROI across QSR, Retail, and CPG verticals. The Senior Director will work closely with the CSO, executive leadership, media teams, and client stakeholders to ensure performance insights directly influence investment decisions, franchise growth, retail sell-through, and long-term client retention. This is an in-office position based in our Woodland Hills office.

Requirements

  • Strategic Analytics Leadership – Ability to connect media performance metrics to tangible business outcomes such as traffic, franchise growth, and retail sell-through.
  • Executive Presence & Client Influence – Comfortable presenting to C-level stakeholders and confidently defending ROI in high-stakes environments.
  • Measurement & Attribution Expertise – Deep understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, omni-channel reporting, and store-level impact analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Proven ability to partner with media planners, strategists, data engineers, and creative teams to integrate insights into campaign execution.
  • Business & Revenue Acumen – Experience influencing investment strategy, supporting competitive pitches, and contributing to agency growth initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, analytics strategy, digital media leadership, or agency consultancy environments.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and BI platforms such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with data warehouse environments.
  • Industry experience within QSR, Retail, CPG, or franchise-based business models strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Analytics Leadership – Serve as the executive voice of analytics in high-level client engagements, shaping performance narratives and board-ready reporting.
  • Measurement Strategy & Attribution – Guide attribution philosophy, incrementality testing, ROI modeling, and omni-channel measurement frameworks across multi-location and retail-driven brands.
  • Performance Storytelling & Business Translation – Translate store-level, regional, and national media performance into clear, defensible business outcomes for CMOs, franchise leaders, and executive stakeholders.
  • Revenue & Growth Contribution – Support new business pitches with compelling measurement frameworks, strengthen renewal conversations, and position Bloom as a measurement-forward agency.
  • Team Leadership & Reporting Excellence – Mentor analytics leaders, elevate reporting standards, and build scalable executive reporting processes that integrate paid search, paid social, programmatic, and retail media performance.
