About The Position

Senior Director, Financial Crime & Compliance Technology Concentrix is seeking a Senior Director to lead the development and strategic growth of our Financial Crime & Compliance technology ecosystem. This role will spearhead the creation of next-generation FCC platforms, forge strategic partnerships with leading financial crime technology providers, and drive systems integration revenue across our global client base. From banking and financial services to fintech and ecommerce marketplaces, navigating the landscape of regulatory reforms, fraud prevention, and compliance technology is complex. This leader will be instrumental in positioning Concentrix as both a technology innovator and integration partner, leveraging our 10,000+ FCC practitioners and 75+ client relationships to create market-leading solutions that combine proprietary technology with best-of-breed integrations. This is a Work-at-Home (WAH) role from anywhere in the United States. Job Description Responsibilities will include leading product development roadmaps for Concentrix's proprietary FCC technology platforms, establishing and managing strategic partnerships with major financial crime technology vendors, and building a robust systems integration practice that generates significant revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of product leadership, partnership development, and technical architecture expertise that enables them to engage at the CXO level with both clients and technology partners. The successful candidate will have deep domain expertise in financial crime technology (AML, KYC, fraud detection, case management), proven experience bringing technology products to market, and a track record of building successful partner ecosystems. The candidate must possess strategic vision to identify market opportunities, technical acumen to guide platform architecture decisions, and business development skills to structure complex partnership and integration agreements. Your Impact Your success in this role will fundamentally transform Concentrix's position in the financial crime market—from services provider to technology leader and ecosystem orchestrator. You will define the vision and execute the strategy for Concentrix's FCC technology platforms, creating differentiated solutions that leverage AI, automation, and customer-centric design. Through strategic partnerships with established FCC technology vendors, you will expand Concentrix's addressable market and create new revenue streams through systems integration services. You will work across global delivery teams, product engineering, sales, and client operations to ensure our technology strategy drives measurable client value, operational efficiency, and competitive differentiation. PLEASE NOTE: This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Global Leader of Financial Crimes. This position will build and lead cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, partnership development, and solutions architecture.

Requirements

  • Candidates should have extensive experience in financial crime, including senior leadership roles combining product management and business development. A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Deep domain expertise in financial crime technology markets including AML transaction monitoring, KYC/customer onboarding, sanctions screening, fraud detection, and case management platforms. Intimate knowledge of major FCC technology vendors and competitive landscape.
  • Proven track record of bringing technology products to market, including product strategy, development roadmaps, feature prioritization, and launch execution.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic technology partnerships, including negotiating partnership agreements, creating joint GTM strategies, and driving partner-sourced revenue.
  • Experience leading systems integration practices or professional services organizations, with understanding of implementation methodologies, resource management, and services delivery.
  • Strong technical background with ability to engage with engineers and architects on platform architecture, API design, data integration patterns, and technology decisions.
  • Proven ability to engage at CXO level with enterprise clients and partners, articulating complex technical solutions and business value propositions.
  • Experience managing P&L, including revenue forecasting, margin management, investment decisions, and financial reporting.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements in financial crime (BSA/AML, GDPR, KYC regulations) and how technology solutions address compliance obligations.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience building and developing cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and business development.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and technology trends.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for Concentrix's proprietary FCC technology platforms
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with major financial crime technology vendors (transaction monitoring, case management, screening, fraud detection platforms).
  • Develop and execute systems integration go-to-market strategy, creating packaged solutions that combine Concentrix services with partner technologies.
  • Drive systems integration revenue through partner-enabled deals, implementation services, and managed services offerings.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to position technology and integration capabilities in enterprise deals, participating in client engagements at the CXO level.
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams including product managers, solutions architects, partnership managers, and integration engineers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with technology partners at executive and technical levels, negotiating partnership terms and joint GTM strategies.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and emerging technologies in financial crime, identifying opportunities for product innovation and partnership expansion.
  • Ensure platform development aligns with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and client needs across AML, KYC, fraud, and compliance domains.
  • Create thought leadership content and represent Concentrix at industry conferences, partner events, and client forums.
