Are you a marketing leader ready to shape the future of our brand and products? We're seeking a professional to play a pivotal role in defining and executing our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. As Senior Director, Head of GTM and Digital Product Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping the course of our marketing and launch efforts in alignment with our overarching business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of comprehensive go-to-market strategies that harmonize with the global Surgical Commercial teams, Business Franchises and Digital strategy.
  • Craft and execute innovative and results-driven marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives for the first (MVP) market launch.
  • Define commercial models for digital products and platform including revenue, pricing strategies, cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) and contract execution.
  • Create and/or supervise the development of marketing assets in partnership with agency experts, upholding brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Lead strategic partnerships in the digital and technology domains to further expand and enhance the platform.
  • Collaborate closely with regional downstream sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation and demand creation initiatives.
  • Lead and contribute to the planning and execution of successful product launches by orchestrating activities across departments.
  • Stay at the forefront of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape through ongoing market research and analysis.
  • Manage the budget, deploying resources strategically, and optimizing spend to realize desired outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing and/or go to market roles, preferably within the healthcare industry and/or digital health space.
  • Proven experience in marketing management, with a focus on go-to-market strategies and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across various channels.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership qualities and a proactive, self-motivated mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content and present ideas effectively.
  • Passion for the digital health industry and a drive to make a positive impact on healthcare.
