As Senior Director of Hilton Masterbrand Strategy and Platform Marketing, you'll shape the future of a powerhouse Hilton Masterbrand—leading portfolio strategy across 24+ brands, various customer segments and geographies. What will I be doing? Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Marketing Strategy, as Senior Director of Hilton Masterbrand Strategy & Platform Marketing, you'll be the visionary force behind a globally resonant powerhouse Hospitality brand. You'll craft and execute a unified brand strategy that drives relevance, differentiation, and loyalty across diverse markets tied to business outcomes. From shaping the brand's identity and narrative to guiding integrated campaigns and long-term equity building, you'll lead with purpose. You will be Hilton's leader responsible for evolving, optimizing and championing our Hilton Masterbrand marketing platform (Hilton. For the Stay), leveraging Hilton's 25 brands, Hilton Honors, Digital Products and Partnerships to reinforce that a Hilton stay is superior in the evolving Hospitality marketplace. You'll collaborate across functions, brands and markets to activate brand-led growth initiatives that move the needle. With an eye on market dynamics and consumer insights, you'll set the global vision while empowering regional teams to adapt strategy to local nuances. This role demands a bold storyteller, a strategic operator, and a trusted advisor to senior leaders—from marketing and loyalty to finance, legal, and commercial services. You'll build momentum through data-driven influence and inspire a world-class team of marketers with your leadership, vision, and experience to turn strategy into impact.

Requirements

  • Ten plus (10+) years in consumer brand marketing – primarily within large, global consumer brand organizations, consulting organizations or agencies working on blue-chip brands (strategy roles)
  • Expertise in developing & implementing marketing strategy; identifying growth opportunities, mining insights, articulating strategy, writing pointed and compelling briefs, brand positioning, portfolio strategy, measurement criterion, marketing research
  • Experience leading agency councils to deliver industry-disrupting outcomes and tangible business results
  • Deep understanding of customer-centric, modern marketing (multichannel media, content, social, CRM, etc.)
  • Experience managing diverse brand portfolio across various consumer segments
  • Willing to travel up to twenty-five percent (25%)

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or consulting experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • You will lead the long-term & annual marketing strategy for Hilton Masterbrand and be held accountable for the platform's performance.
  • You and your team will develop and steward global brand positioning, define target customer segments, develop portfolio strategy, align on key RTBs and primary stay occasions, lead GTM campaign architecture & briefs and develop measurement approach.
  • You and your team will partner with the Global Marketing Centers of Excellence to lead the creation of high-impact marketing initiatives to drive revenue, grow market share, build brand loyalty, and drive brand health.

  • Evolution of 'For The Stay' Platform: Optimize industry-leading marketing platform for distinction, relevance and breakthrough

  • Insights & Performance: Set KPIs, analyze market trends, and leverage customer insights to fuel growth and optimize ROI
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with commercial, regional, finance, and ops teams to activate strategy and manage budgets
