As a Senior Director, Inside Sales with LoopNet, you will build, lead, and scale a world-class inside sales organization aiding to expand our footprint within the commercial real estate market. You will lead and develop a team of sales leaders, with responsibility for driving new customer acquisition, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring a consistent, exceptional customer experience. As we grow, you will play a critical role in hiring, onboarding, and developing a large, multi-layered inside sales force. To be successful, you will inspire and create excitement with your team, customers, sales prospects, the LoopNet organization, and the real estate community. You will be a tireless, high-energy entrepreneur, with a brand of confidence which allows for delegation and empowerment of your team. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of integrity and be able to inspire trust and confidence. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role for someone who builds culture, raises standards, and knows how to create repeatable excellence. Please note this role is on-site in our CoStar Group office in Richmond, VA
