At Lilly, we unite caring with discovery to make life better for people around the world. We are a global healthcare leader headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our employees around the world work to discover and bring life-changing medicines to those who need them, improve the understanding and management of disease, and give back to our communities through philanthropy and volunteerism. We give our best effort to our work, and we put people first. We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world. Organization Overview: At Lilly, we serve an extraordinary purpose. We make a difference for people around the globe by discovering, developing and delivering medicines that help them live longer, healthier, more active lives. Not only do we deliver breakthrough medications, but you also can count on us to develop creative solutions to support communities through philanthropy and volunteerism. Integrated Risk Management Program Overview Lilly's Integrated Risk Management (IRM) program is a strategic enterprise initiative that transforms traditional risk management into a competitive advantage by uniting multi-functional expertise with pioneering analytics and technology. IRM enables faster, better informed decision-making that protects what matters most: our operations, reputation, and ability to deliver life-saving medicines to patients. This integrated approach creates a coordinated and proactive system that helps Lilly stay resilient and agile as we continue reaching more patients than ever before. Position Description As a senior member of the centralized IRM Insights Hub team, you will co-own the technical architecture and analytics engineering strategy for Lilly's enterprise risk management capabilities. This individual contributor role requires deep expertise in data engineering, sophisticated analytics, and business intelligence technologies, combined with the ability to translate complex architectures into strategic business value. You will partner with risk owners across Ethics & Compliance, Legal, Privacy, Cybersecurity, Quality, HSE, Third Party Risk Management, and Corporate Audit Services to design and deliver analytics capabilities that transform how Lilly identifies and mitigates risk. This is a technical leadership role where your influence comes from deep technical credibility and the ability to solve hard problems that others cannot. You will move seamlessly between detailed technical development and executive communication, lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging risks, perform sophisticated risk event investigations that reveal systemic vulnerabilities, and develop ground-breaking strategies that fundamentally improve risk management across the organization. You will be instrumental in positioning IRM as a strategic differentiator rather than a traditional compliance function
