As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Director of Delivery who can help ensure our client programs are delivered with excellence while strengthening the partnerships that make our work possible. The Senior Director of Delivery is a hands-on leader who will ensure Pluribus Digital continues delivering exceptional results across our federal engagements. They will oversee program execution, support client relationships, manage program leadership, and support the pursuit of opportunities for continued growth.

Requirements

Experience leading delivery for complex technical programs or digital services initiatives.
Proven success managing client relationships within federal or enterprise environments.
Experience overseeing multiple programs or portfolios of work.
Strong leadership experience managing Program Managers or senior delivery staff.
Experience supporting contract management and financial oversight.
Ability to identify delivery risks and drive effective solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on leader who can both strategize and execute.

Experience supporting federal government programs.
Experience with Agile delivery models and digital services programs.

Responsibilities

Ensure the successful delivery of client programs through strong program oversight and delivery support.
Maintain visibility into project execution across programs, proactively identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide direct support to programs when challenges arise, helping teams solve complex delivery issues and manage risks.
Guide teams in integrating technical innovation and modern delivery practices into client engagements while maintaining a strong focus on execution.
Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including Program Managers, Contracting Officers (COs), and Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs).
Establish regular engagement cadence with client leadership to assess satisfaction and ensure program alignment.
Serve as a senior escalation point for client concerns or delivery challenges.
Directly manage and mentor Principal and Program Management staff including performance management, coaching, and professional development.
Provide leadership oversight and input into the program management organizational structure and staff performance.
Serve as an escalation point for contractual matters and financial oversight.
Support Program Managers in monitoring budgets, burn rates, and contract compliance.
Ensure delivery aligns with contractual obligations and program objectives.
Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing client programs.
Support new business development by bringing the voice of the client into proposals and solutioning efforts.
Lead or coordinate delivery solutioning and staffing plans for new opportunities.
Contribute to organizational strategy including vehicle management, joint venture oversight, and partner positioning.
Support recruiting efforts for technical and delivery roles, particularly for program backfills.
Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure open roles supporting delivery teams are filled in a timely manner.
