About The Position

Serve as the primary finance partner to business leadership for business development, partnerships, M&A and other strategic activities. Lead financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis for BU-sponsored transactions. Partner with Corporate Development, Strategy, and other functional leaders to structure transactions aligned with BU strategy. Support financial due diligence and integration planning with a focus on value realization and execution risk. Provide ongoing strategic finance support to BU leadership on growth and investment decisions Evaluate strategic initiatives using both financial metrics (NPV, ROI, cash flow) and strategic criteria. Provide ad-hoc finance support for various SPG wide initiatives Develop executive-level analyses and recommendations for GM and senior leadership discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience including strategic finance, M&A, or corporate development
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; expertise in scenario planning, investment analysis, and portfolio management.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of portfolio management and capital allocation frameworks.
• Strategic mindset with strong business and financial judgment.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
• Executive presence, credibility, and strong communication skills.
• Collaborative, results-oriented leadership style.
