About the position

The Senior Director of Marketing for the eGaming division will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and execution for Arrow International's eGaming products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing, sales strategies, product validation, and market awareness. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team, product development, and external partners to drive brand awareness and market penetration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to equip the direct sales team and affiliated sales associates with effective product and market materials.
  • Create engaging sales collateral that highlights product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Best practices in 'how to sell' to keep our brand and offer consistent across the enterprise.
  • Establish a transparent and consistent program to collect testimonials and feedback from charities utilizing Arrow products.
  • Ensure feedback is effectively communicated and leveraged to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Design and implement a consistent product launch marketing strategy for new product releases.
  • Highlight Arrow's unique market differences through effective marketing campaigns during product launches.
  • Develop and execute market launch strategies to introduce Arrow's eGaming brands into newly expanded markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with external public relations firms to validate Arrow's products and services within the eGaming industry.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning in all public communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on eGaming or related industries.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing external relationships, including PR firms and marketing agencies.
