Procore is seeking an experienced and motivational Senior Director of Sales in our Datagrid division to lead, grow, and mentor our team of Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Sales Engineers (SEs). This is a critical role responsible for driving revenue growth, refining our sales strategy, and building a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate is a player-coach who thrives on developing talent, closing complex deals, and evangelizing a new category of AI-driven automation. You will leverage your outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to build a world-class sales organization. As the Senior Director of Sales, you have a proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, experience building and scaling teams, and a history of closing six and seven-figure deals. What You’ll Do: Lead and Develop a High-Performance Team: Manage, coach, and scale our sales team (AEs, SDRs, SEs) to drive sales, achieve strategic objectives, and exceed revenue quotas. Foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and collaboration. Drive Revenue and GTM Strategy: Own the go-to-market strategy for your segment. Develop and execute territory plans, manage sales forecasting, and ensure predictable revenue growth. Coach and Train: Act as a hands-on coach, joining sales calls, helping structure complex deals, and providing continuous training to elevate the team’s skills in solution selling, negotiation, and closing. Master the Datagrid Value Proposition: Become an expert in communicating how Datagrid’s AI Agents automate workflows, connect disparate systems (from Procore and Salesforce to Excel and SharePoint), and deliver tangible business outcomes. Engage C-Level Executives: Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts to generate new business and expand revenue. Structure and negotiate business terms and contracts with line-of-business leaders, procurement, and C-level executives. Refine the Sales Process: Work closely with sales operations and enablement to continuously improve our sales playbook, tools, and processes to maximize efficiency and success. Be the Voice of the Customer: Identify product improvements and new opportunities by staying current on customer needs, industry trends, and market activities. Provide critical feedback from the field to our product and marketing teams. Travel: Expect to travel (25% - 50%) to meet with clients, prospects, and team members in our offices.
