The Senior Director of Cloud Managed Services is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery, innovation, and growth of managed services Cloud services across the organization. This individual will lead a team of Cloud professionals, drive operational excellence, and ensure the highest standards of Service Delivery to clients. The role requires deep expertise in Cloud Engineering/Cloud Operations, Microsoft, client engagement, and Managed Services operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, and/or equivalent experience in Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Cloud Azure, AWS, Google, Microsoft, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within Managed Services.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale security operations and client engagements.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), regulatory requirements, and threat landscapes.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google, and cloud security tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Cloud & Intelligent Support Managed Services. Align service offerings with market trends, client needs, and business goals. Collaborate with executive leadership to drive growth and profitability.
  • Service Delivery & Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of managed Cloud and IS services vulnerability management, and incident response. Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards are consistently met or exceeded. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as a senior point of contact for strategic clients. Lead client onboarding, service reviews, and escalation management. Partner with sales and account teams to support pre-sales and renewal efforts.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Cloud, MS professionals. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. Manage staffing, training, and career development initiatives.
  • Technology & Innovation: Evaluate and implement cutting-edge security technologies and platforms. Drive automation and orchestration to scale service delivery. Stay ahead of emerging threats and industry best practices. Drive growth, transformation and innovation in AI
