Job Summary: The Senior Director, Strategic HR Business Leader is a key architect of enterprise transformation, serving as a strategic partner to Executive Committee (EC) leaders and their Senior Leadership Teams. In this role, you will lead the alignment of talent strategies with business strategies to accelerate the company's most important priorities and outcomes. Through the Integrated Business and Talent Planning process, you will define enterprise people strategies, influence senior decision-making, and steward the deployment of HR resources in partnership with the HR Business Solutions Team and Centers of Excellence (COEs). This leader serves as a critical voice in shaping organizational evolution and building enterprise capability at scale.
